Emily serves as the Chief Compliance Officer and Senior Operations Manager for the firm, overseeing the firm’s compliance program, technology infrastructure, and internal operations and equity trading. She also leads the client service team, ensuring a seamless experience across all aspects of client onboarding and portfolio administration. Emily plays a key role in maintaining the integrity of the firm’s core operational and client data while supporting firmwide efficiency and regulatory readiness. She graduated magna cum laude from St. Bonaventure University with a degree in finance and economics and has over twenty years of experience in the financial services industry. She is an active volunteer in her community, currently serving on her children’s school PTA board and regularly helping with school events. Emily also actively volunteers with several local organizations, including serving on grantmaking and partnership committees for the Rochester Women’s Giving Circle and supporting initiatives through Dress for Success and the Women’s Foundation.
Constantly dreaming of, and planning her next family travel adventure, Emily and her husband hope to share their enthusiasm and love for travel with their kids in hopes that one day their wanderlust will rival their own.
