Benjamin Tantalo is an Operations Associate at Howe & Rusling, where he supports the firm’s day-to-day operations, including managing client data and assisting with account onboarding. He joined Howe & Rusling in 2025 after interning with the firm in 2024. Benjamin holds a degree in Accounting and Personal Finance from Saint Vincent College, where he graduated magna cum laude.
Outside of work, Benjamin’s family and faith are incredibly important to him. He enjoys playing soccer, reading books, and spending time with his little nephew, Luke, who brings him so much joy.
“My favorite place I’ve ever traveled is the Grand Teton mountains in Wyoming—a backpacking trip that was all about simplicity, nature, and being completely present. No technology, no distractions—just us, gathering our own water in streams, hiking through untouched wilderness, and soaking in the sheer vastness of creation. Nevertheless, as incredible as the trip was, I was more than ready to come back home and reunite with my warm bed, and a good meal that didn’t require scavenging or boiling water.”
