Outside of work, Katie enjoys reading and spending time with her family, including her husband and two young daughters.  She is an active member of the Advisory Board of Best Buddies in Western New York

Vincent Visconti

Vincent Visconti

Vincent joined Howe & Rusling in 2024 with 6 years experience in the wealth management industry including 4 years at Charles Schwab and 2 years at a small RIA. Working in portfolio operations, he is responsible for equity trading, rebalancing and model management. He partners closely with our wealth managers, investment committee and operations team to ensure all client objectives are met. Vincent has his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from SUNY Geneseo.   Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, running in local races and traveling both inside and outside of the United States.

Andrea M. Gray, Esq.

Andrea is responsible for the Firm’s estate planning capabilities. As an attorney since 2006 and licensed in NY and TX, Andrea partners with the financial planning team to analyze client plans with respect to trusts, wills, powers of attorney, asset protection plans, Medicaid and long-term care considerations. She works hard to ensure our clients have a comprehensive, cohesive, and personal up-to-date plan that protects their legacy now and into the future. Holistic, compassionate and collaborative planning are fundamental to her work. To that end, she maintains a separate and independent boutique law firm, AM Gray Law, that is available to work with our clients and other clients with estate planning, special needs planning, and elder law needs. Andrea’s compassion and advocacy for people with disabilities has led her to carve out a niche in her practice for special needs planning and elder law.

Before joining Howe & Rusling, Jordyn managed a small business in the Rochester area for 11 years. She brings over a decade of customer service and administrative experience to Howe & Rusling. Jordyn graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology with a Bachelors degree in Marketing and a concentration in Network Security and System Administration. She is passionate about consistently providing an authentic, top-notch experience to clients, and loves getting to know each client’s unique story. Mark is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and recommending investment opportunities for Howe & Rusling’s equity and ETF strategies. Mark joined Howe & Rusling in 2019 with seven years of equity research experience at Manning & Napier. He holds a BBA from Villanova University, with majors in Finance and Accounting and has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation. Greg Farrell

Greg helps clients with the guiding principle of ‘plan, position, and preserve’. His experience includes positions held at Wilmington Trust, US Trust, and Axa Advisors as well as many years in the agriculture sector with Conagra Foods. Greg holds a B.S. in Economics from St. Bonaventure University and is very active in the Rochester charitable community with present and past positions with the YMCA, the United Way, the Friendly Home, Cooperative Extension, American Diabetes and Breast Cancer research events.
