Howe & Rusling is recruiting for an individual to join the Portfolio Management & Sales team. We are looking for a tenured, well-connected and motivated individual to join the team who has a successful track record of engaging clients, closing accounts, and exceeding sales quotas.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop, maintain, and manage the implementation of personal strategic sales plans

Manage efforts to research and identify prospective clients and targets

Build and maintain Howe & Rusling’s brand in the community

Collaborate with the rest of the portfolio management team and marketing department on various projects and product offerings

Accountable for personal sales quotas

Engage in sales, business development, and ongoing client success

REQUIREMENTS

10+ years of documented success in sales

Entrepreneurial spirit

Passion for the financial markets

Exemplary written and oral communication skills

Excellent interpersonal, planning, and organization skills

Bachelor’s degree (or higher) required

Professional designations such as CFP, CFA, or similar preferred 

We are looking for a highly creative, attuned Marketing Associate to strive to make our strong marketing program even more consistent, robust, thoughtful, and best-in-show.
 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Understanding and contributing to the company’s unique brand style consistently, both visually and editorially, with new creative content

Posting to social media platforms and website and disseminating email blasts according to a set calendar

Conducting market and competitor research to determine a target audience’s needs, wants, and interests and pitch new opportunities for marketing efforts

Collaborating with sales and marketing team members to plan and design promotional marketing campaigns and events

Producing and updating current marketing material on a quarterly basis, including pitchbooks, strategy fact sheets, and website

 

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field

Creativity and understanding of current marketing trends

Comfortability with Adobe Creative Suite products (Specifically InDesign, Illustrator, and PhotoShop)

Familiarity with WordPress

Great interpersonal and collaboration skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Strong writing and active listening skills

Self-starter with a knack for thinking outside the box and problem-solving

Understanding of industry best practices

Interest in finance and general market knowledge is preferred
