Sam came to Howe & Rusling in 1984 with 10 years of experience in financial analysis, planning and management. His expertise strongly enhances our ability to identify investment opportunities and chart strategies for our clients. Long an active member of the Rochester Society of Security Analysts, he has served as board president, treasurer and secretary. He also is an active board member of several local not-for-profit organizations. Sam holds an AB degree from Colgate University and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Rochester's Simon School of Business.
