Steve comes to the Howe & Rusling team with over 22 years of military service. He retired as a special operations aviator and commander in the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment. He is rated in numerous attack helicopters. His combat tours include Operations Desert Storm, Enduring Freedom, and Iraqi Freedom, as well as numerous classified special operations missions. His combat awards include the Silver Star, two Distinguished Flying Crosses, and the Purple Heart. He holds a Masters degree from Embry-Riddle University.
