Tom Sauer
Tom works closely with each portfolio manager to match client objectives with the ideas of our investment committees. He manages equity and ETF trading, as well as trading operations. Prior to joining Howe and Rusling, Tom was a Foreign Exchange Trade Specialist for The Bank of New York Mellon. He holds a BA in Economics from SUNY Fredonia.
