Tom Rusling has over 45 years of securities research and investment management experience at Howe and Rusling. Tom Rusling is Howe & Rusling’s longest standing portfolio manager, serving as a trusted advisor to generations of clients. Before Howe and Rusling, Tom worked as a Corporate Banker for Lincoln Rochester Trust Company. He sits on several boards including the local Boy Scout Council, Lifespan, Visiting Nurse Services, Rochester Chamber Orchestra, and is a Trustee for Scout Council. Tom also engages in social ministries work with Mt. Rise UCC. Tom graduated from Yale University with a BA in Economics, and has obtained his CFA.
