Opportunity and Key Job Responsibilities:
Howe & Rusling is seeking a salesperson with 1-2 years of experience, who will develop new business by selling investment management services to prospective clients – individuals and institutions. We are seeking highly motivated and energetic candidates, willing to seek out and pursue prospective clients, with direction . The sales position will consist of identifying prospects and initiating new business opportunities, with guidance from senior sales people and portfolio managers.

Vice President - Sales Director
Opportunity and Key Job Responsibilities:
Howe & Rusling is looking for a senior sales director who will develop new business by selling investment management services to appropriate prospective clients. In addition to their sales responsibilities, the sales director will also be responsible for leading and motivating the current staff in their sales operations. The sales director will also work with senior management to develop new sales initiatives and products. Candidates must be highly entrepreneurial and have existing contacts with high net worth individuals, business owners or self-insurance organizations. The sales component of the position involves identifying prospects, initiating new business opportunities, consultative selling and ongoing client service responsibilities.
