Casey joined Howe & Rusling from Charles Schwab & Co. where he was an Investment Center Manager for five years. He brings over a decade of financial services and client relationship experience to his role as Senior Portfolio Manager. Casey manages Howe & Rusling’s Syracuse branch. He is a graduate of Miami University in Ohio with a degree in Psychology.
